This conference is an invitation to rethink the judgment processes that drive technology design. Interaction design, like other fields, is concerned with the position of technology in entrenching social and environmental unfairness. Design Research 2023

This year in Design Research, we will attempt to investigate the depth of design research practices that contribute to societal challenges such as climate change and inequality, at all levels, from initial analysis to planning and conducting. IAC: Information Architecture Conference

The Information Architecture Conference (or IAC for short) has taken place for more than 24 years, and they are back again in 2023. Keynote speakers are Carrie Hane, Farai Madzima, Natalie Buda Smith and Wendy Johansson. As the name implies, this conference is meant for learning about informational architecture, continuous improvement, and much much more.

uxcon vienna – Vienna’s first international conference for UX Research & UX Design

On September 13th and 14th 2023, the third edition of uxcon vienna will take place at Expedithalle in Vienna, bringing together 500 individuals interested in the field of user experience (UX) research and design. The conference will feature around 30 international speakers, including leaders from major organizations and experts in the field, sharing their expertise in various formats.
The event aims to create an international platform for UX enthusiasts, offering valuable knowledge transfer and opportunities for networking among young professionals. Additionally, uxcon vienna aims to connect the European UX scene with leading practitioners in the United States. The conference allows young professionals to learn from established experts, grow their professional networks, and advance in their careers.
This year, uxcon in Vienna will look into various pressing topics among the UX community, such as Advanced Research, AI & The Future of UX, Personal Development, UX Psychology, Measuring UX, Research & Design OPS, UX Writing, and Ethics & Sustainability. Among the many speakers, we can find UX researchers from many companies, including IKEA, Slack, Spotify a Google. User Research London

After a 2-year break, User Research London returned in September 2022. The event was held both in person at ETC Venues London County Hall and live for remote participation. Many interesting people were invited to the conference and the main topic was UX research. Wait for the information update for 2023 with us!

The first two days of the conference were dedicated to numerous presentations, and the next two were full of interesting workshops that could be attended. There were many great speakers in 2022, but the most anticipated were the Head of UX at Google Rachel Ilan Simpson and the Head of Design at Adobe Doug Powell. Shaping finances by design (George UX Conference)
